Doug is a qualified Body Corporate Manager with several years experience, holding a certificate IV in Body Corporate Management, Bachelor of Arts, Associate Diploma in Business and is a member of the Community Titles Institute of Queensland.
Doug derives his diverse experience from a military background which developed his skills in project management, problem solving and logistics. These attributes form the basis of Doug’s ability to manage a variety of Strata Schemes and allow him to provide clients with sound practical advice.

Carmel’s background includes many years of experience in the real estate and banking industry and has gained skills which lend themselves admirably to the complexities required to manage Strata Title Buildings. Carmel holds a certificate IV in Property Operations and is also an associate member of the Community Titles Institute of Queensland.
